Seeing as Sunday is my first Fathers Days as a Dad, I could think of no better way to celebrate then being hung-over after having a few too many pints with Hans at Strangeways in Sheffield on Saturday. We’ve brought Arthur some ear defenders so he can come along and join in the fun for a bit as well. I’ve not played for a while so I’ve got a backlog of tunes, both new discoveries and some old re-discoveries, that I’m looking forward to playing Saturday; I don’t have the wherewithal to put together one of them Spotfy things like what Hans and Jonny have done, so I’ll just list them and you can use you imagination to hear them all played back-to-back.

In the beginning...

We first started Strangeways the club night in 2000. Jonny wanted to call it gobbledigook!! I thought this was possibly the worst most inappropriate name for such things so searched for inspiration from these guys...
